Refund & Exchange Policy
We are confident that you will love our new products, but we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. As a company that cares about our customers, we are here to help you when problems arise. Our aim is to deliver satisfaction and make the return and refund process as seamless and simple as possible.
Thank you for purchasing from us. We hope you are satisfied with the product and the service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you begin the process of returning your product. We will happily offer you a full refund, exchange it for another product, or provide store credit (subject to our policy). Please see below for more information on our return policy.
Important Notes
- Items on sale cannot be refunded or exchanged.
- Free returns apply only to Australian orders.
We strive to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your item. If not, we have a 30-day return policy, which gives you 30 days after receiving your item to change your mind.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused (although you can try your items on), unwashed, and in its original packaging.
Please note: Items showing signs of wear such as, but not limited to, distinct odors, strong perfume, rips, tears, stains, or pet hair will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at their own expense.
Damages and Issues
Once you receive your order, please check it over. If you spot any defects, damage, or if the item is incorrect, get in touch with us. We can then work quickly to ensure the problem is rectified efficiently. Where possible, please provide photographs of the packaging and damaged or incorrect items to help our team review the issue.
Exchanges
We are always willing to offer exchanges where the wrong sizing has been selected. Should a product be out of stock when being processed, we will issue a store credit.
Refunds and Store Credit
While we do all we can to deliver satisfaction, we can only provide a refund on faulty or damaged items. Once your items have been received and reviewed, we will keep you informed of the refund update. Where we approve a refund, it will be refunded to the original payment method. The refund process can take time, so please allow time for the refund to be handled by your bank or credit card company. For non-faulty and undamaged items, we will issue a store credit, although this will not cover the cost of shipping.
Self-Serve Returns
To make the return process easier for you, we now offer self-serve returns through your account on our website. Follow these steps to submit a return request:
1. Log in to your account:(top right corner)
- In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
- In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
- Go back to the online store, and then enter the six-digit verification code.
2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click "Submit request".
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you will receive a refund.
