Refund policy
30 days. Full refund. Free returns anywhere in Australia.
If a piece doesn't fit, doesn't feel right, or isn't what you hoped for, send it back. You have 30 days from the day your order arrives. We cover the return label, and your refund goes back to your original payment method. Sale items included.
What qualifies
Items need to come back unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Trying things on is completely fine — that's the point. Once a piece has been worn or washed, we can't take it back.
Anything that arrives showing wear, odour, pet hair, rips, or stains can't be accepted, and we'll return it to you. We hold this line for one reason: it keeps pricing fair for every customer.
Sale items
Same terms as everything else. Nothing on our site is final sale — you still get 30 days and a full refund if it isn't right. Buy the sale piece with confidence.
Faulty, damaged, or wrong item
If something arrives with a fault, with damage, or we've sent the wrong thing, email us at customersupport@womene.com.au with a photo and we'll sort it straight away — a replacement, refund, or exchange, whichever you'd prefer. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law always apply.
How to start a return
- Log into your account (top right corner)
- Open the order you're returning
- Select the items and a reason
- Submit the request
Once it's approved, a prepaid return label lands in your inbox. Drop the parcel at any Australia Post outlet.
When you'll get your refund
Within 5 business days of your return reaching us and passing a quick check. Refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few more days to show it — that part's out of our hands.
Prefer a different size?
If the size isn't right, we're happy to swap it — just let us know and we'll get the right one out to you where it's in stock. If your size has sold out by the time your return reaches us, we'll refund you in full.
