If a piece doesn't fit, doesn't feel right, or isn't what you hoped for, send it back. You have 30 days from the day your order arrives. Returns from anywhere in Australia are free — we cover the shipping label.

What qualifies

Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached and in original packaging. You can try them on — that's the whole point. But once they've been worn or washed, they can't come back.

Items that arrive showing wear, odour, pet hair, rips, or stains will be returned to sender at their own cost. We know that sounds firm; it's there to keep pricing fair for everyone.

Sale items

Items bought on sale are final sale for change-of-mind returns. If a sale item arrives faulty or damaged, standard Australian Consumer Law rights apply — contact us and we'll sort it.

Faulty or damaged items

If something arrives with a defect, damage, or you've received the wrong item: email us within 7 days at customersupport@womene.com.au with a photo of the issue. We'll organise a replacement, refund, or exchange — whichever works for you.

How to start a return

  1. Log into your account (top right corner)
  2. Open the order you're returning
  3. Select the items and a reason
  4. Submit the request

Once approved, you'll receive a prepaid return shipping label by email. Drop the package at any Australia Post outlet.

When you'll get your refund

Within 5 business days of us receiving and checking your return. Refunds go to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it in your account — that's out of our hands.

Exchanges

If you need a different size, we'll do a direct exchange where stock is available. If your size is out of stock by the time your return reaches us, we'll issue a full refund.
