We make sure that you are fully satisfied with your item, if not, we have a 30-day return policy which gives you 30 days after you have received your item to change your mind.
To be eligible for a return, we request that your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused (although you can try your items on), unwashed, and in its original packaging. Click below to start your return process.
Please note: Items showing signs of wear such as but not limited to distinct odours, strong perfume, rips, tears, stains, or pet hair will not be accepted. They will be returned to the sender at their own expense.

Damages and issues
Once you receive your order, please check it over and if you do spot any defects, damage or if the item is incorrect, get in touch with us. We can then work quickly to ensure that the problem is rectified efficiently. Where possible, we would be grateful if you could provide photographs of the packaging and items that are damaged or incorrect as this will make it easier for our helpful team to review.
We are always willing to offer exchanges where the wrong sizing has been selected. Should a product be out of stock when being processed, we will issue a store credit.
Refunds and Store Credit
While we do all we can to deliver satisfaction, we can only provide a refund on faulty or damaged items. Once your items have been received and reviewed, we make sure that we keep you informed of the refund update and whether it has been reviewed or not. Where we approve a refund, it will be refunded to the original payment method. The refund process can take time, so please allow time for the refund to be handled by your bank or credit card company. For non-faulty and undamaged items, we will issue a store credit although this will not cover the cost of shipping.
