Yes — the pads are removable, but they stay put thanks to a separator stitch that holds them in place. No chasing pads around the inside of your bra after every wash. Pull them out if you prefer no padding, or leave them in.

Machine wash cold with like colours, inside out. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Skip the fabric softener — it coats the fibres and kills the elastic. Take the pads out before washing if you want extra care. Done right, the bra holds its support for years.
